1. Acceptance. These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Salox Capital website and any research, articles, data, models, illustrations, tools and other materials made available through it. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the website.

2. Corporate and informational purpose. The website provides information concerning Salox Capital, its research activities, analytical methods and technology. It is not a brokerage, advisory, portfolio-management, execution, custody or account-opening platform.

3. No investment advice or regulated relationship. Nothing on the website is personalized or adapted to any user's financial position, portfolio, objectives, investment horizon, tax circumstances, knowledge, experience or risk tolerance. No content constitutes investment, legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice. No advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, agency, portfolio-management or client relationship is created by accessing the website, receiving communications, contacting Salox or reviewing research.

4. No offer or solicitation. Nothing on the website constitutes an offer, solicitation, recommendation, invitation, endorsement or inducement to purchase, sell, hold, subscribe for or enter into any security, derivative, commodity interest, investment product or financial transaction.

5. Founder's personal activity. Any reference to investment activity undertaken by David Garcia Montoya relates to activity conducted by him in his individual capacity and for his own account. Such activity is not a Salox product, managed account, investment strategy offered to the public or recommendation. Users are not clients of David or Salox by reason of viewing such information.

6. No reliance. Users must conduct their own independent analysis and obtain advice from appropriately authorized professionals before making financial decisions. Salox does not represent that any content is suitable for any user or jurisdiction.

7. Accuracy and availability. Salox seeks to use sources it considers reliable but does not warrant that content is complete, current, error-free or suitable for any purpose. Financial information may become outdated without notice. Salox has no obligation to update any publication, model, opinion or disclosure.

8. Models and research limitations. Models, scores, estimates, forecasts, scenarios and portfolio simulations depend on assumptions, data quality and methodological choices. They may fail, overfit historical conditions or respond differently to future events.

9. Third-party data and links. Third-party websites, platforms, data and services are operated independently. Salox does not control their availability, security, conduct, pricing, eligibility, regulatory status or content. A reference or link does not imply endorsement, partnership, agency or recommendation.

10. Intellectual property. All Salox materials are protected by copyright, trademark, database and other intellectual-property rights. Users may view materials for personal, non-commercial purposes but may not reproduce, scrape, train models on, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer or create derivative databases without written permission.

11. Prohibited conduct. Automated scraping. Impersonation. Introducing malware. Violating geographical restrictions. Using the website for illicit activities. Extracting signals for commercial purposes. Redistributing models or data. Suggesting partnerships or authorizations.

12. No warranties. The website and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salox and its directors, officers, employees, contractors and affiliates will not be liable for investment losses, trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, data loss, business interruption or indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising from use of or reliance on the website.

14. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory rights applicable in the user's jurisdiction.
