Regulatory Status

As of the effective date of this notice (July 2026), Salox is not registered or licensed as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, introducing broker, commodity trading adviser, commodity pool operator, portfolio manager, securities intermediary, exchange, bank, deposit-taking institution or custodian.

Activities Not Provided. Salox does not: provide personalized investment recommendations; determine whether an investment is suitable for a user; exercise discretion over user accounts; accept or transmit user orders; execute transactions for users; introduce users to brokers for transaction-based compensation; receive, hold, pool or custody user funds or securities; request brokerage credentials; guarantee returns or protect principal.

Research Activities. Salox's research, models, portfolio simulations, scores and analytical tools are provided for general, corporate, educational and research purposes.

Founder's Personal Activity. David Garcia Montoya may maintain personal investment accounts and publicly available third-party records. Those accounts are held and funded by him personally. They are not Salox client accounts, funds or investment products.

Future Regulated Services. Any future activity requiring authorization will be offered only after the applicable registration, exemption or regulated-partner arrangement has been established and under separate written documentation.

Geographic Availability. Website content is not directed to any jurisdiction in which its publication, distribution or use would be unlawful or require Salox to obtain a license it does not hold.
